Heather Munro - Chief Executive

Heather Munro was appointed as Chief Executive of London Probation Trust in 2010. 

Heather qualified as a Probation Officer in 1978 and worked for Durham, Hereford and Worcestershire before moving to Leicestershire in 1981.  Heather was the Chief Executive of Leicestershire and Rutland Probation Trust from 2004 to March 2010 and then moved to London on secondment as Deputy Chief Executive. 

Heather is a Director of the Probation Chiefs’ Association and has the Communications Portfolio lead.  She is an Honorary Visiting Fellow for the Department of Criminology, Leicester University.

Sonia Crozier - Service Director/Deputy Chief Executive

Sonia Crozier was appointed as Service Director in 2011.  Previously Chief Officer of Surrey & Sussex Probation Trust, Sonia has a background of 23 years' probation experience.

Sonia began working as a probation officer in London in 1988 and has since gained extensive experience throughout the service.  For the two years before joining Sussex Probation Area in 2008 she held a senior post at the Home Office and Ministry of Justice.

Everton Bryan - Corporate Director

Everton Bryan has over 20 years' experience in the support services industry, mainly in the private sector, working at senior director level for support service organisations in the UK and USA.

His most recent role has been as an Executive Director with Places for People.

Everton's professional qualifications include a BA Honours in Business Studies and he is also a Chartered Accountant.
