- Show evidence to where improvements have been made and to
show evidence that your voice has been heard
- Appreciate and commit to every type of feedback we
receive from you
- Deal with the feedback as quickly and efficiently as soon
possible.
Our complaints procedure applies to all areas of our work and
the actions of contractors who are part of our service.
