Distinctive Clothing for Offenders undertaking Community Payback

London Probation, as part of a national probation initiative, has now started to roll out the use of distinctive clothing for Community Payback projects. We have done this where beneficiaries have approved and where a robust risk assessment process shows that it is safe to do so.
