Current areas of focus

In order to make an impact on the three groups we are targeting in our initial 12 months, we have broken the Impact Programme into ‘workstreams’ to focus more specifically on. These are:

· Courts – quality of reports and relationship with Sntencers

· Capacity building – new build, expansion and effectiveness

· Compliance and enforcement – recall, breach, compliance and resettlement

· Women – community specialist programmes

· Research and evaluation.
