Are there risks to employing ex-offenders?
There are risks to employing any
potential staff member, not just ex-offenders from London Probation
Trust. All of our ex-offenders are assessed on the sort of risk
they could pose to a company and then only matched to jobs
that they are suitable for. For example, someone convicted of
fraud will not be referred to jobs in accounts departments.
