The Employment and Skills team is responsible for the
provision of employment and skills information and
advice. The team is also responsible for OCN
accreditation within CP, Approved Premises and
Programmes.

Next Step within Community Payback units is an
employment and skills information and advice service. This
nationally available service enables individuals to obtain the
latest career advice empowering them to make informed choices
about how to improve their skills and look at gaining
Employment.

The Employment and Skills team has recently gained Matrix
Accreditation. This is the national quality standard for delivering
Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). Matrix Accreditation
enables London Probation Trust to continue delivery of
the very successful Next Step service in Community Payback, as a
sub-contracted provider to Prospects Careers Services.
